Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
For Microsoft 365 for home account, subscription, or billing help, use Microsoft’s online contact flow and request a callback; Microsoft does not publish one universal direct technical-support number for all home customers and regions.
Request phone support
- Open Contact Microsoft Support.
- Sign in with the Microsoft account associated with the Microsoft 365 subscription.
- Enter a short description such as Microsoft 365 billing, manage subscription, or talk to an agent.
- Select Get Help.
- If the suggested articles do not resolve the issue, select Contact Support.
- Choose:
- Product: Microsoft 365 and Office
- Category: Manage my subscription or the closest account/billing category
- Select Call me back if offered, then provide the phone number where Microsoft can reach you. If callback is unavailable, choose Chat with a support agent in your web browser. The available options can depend on the product, issue, location, and operating hours.^1^
The callback option is specifically documented in a matching Microsoft 365 home account-and-billing support case.^2^
About published phone numbers
Microsoft’s customer-support page includes country/region phone listings, but those numbers appear under Microsoft sales support and should not be assumed to provide direct Microsoft 365 technical or subscription support. For an existing home subscription, the Get Help → Contact Support → Call me back route is the appropriate path.^1^
For security, support agents cannot send password-reset links or directly access and change protected account details. If the problem is that you cannot sign in, use the sign-in helper offered on the same support page before requesting contact.^1^
