Apparently there is a subscription on my old laptop that is charging me $10 a month. There is one issue....that laptop is broken and I had a virus on the laptop (which broke it) and now I can't cancel the subscription and everytime i try to, it leads me to google play even though its on Microsoft but I checked and it says it doesnt exist but i get emails about it paying. That $10 was for my kittens wet food :/

    Hi, @Imani Motta

This forum is public, no one from here has access to your Microsoft Billing account.

You don't need your old laptop to cancel a subscription. You can manage subscriptions from another device using a browser.

    To help narrow this down:

    1. What is the exact name of the subscription mentioned in the payment emails?
    2. What merchant name appears on your bank or card statement for the $10 charge? Does it say MICROSOFT*, GOOGLE*, or something else?

In the meantime, if you haven’t already:

The payment email and bank statement should help identify who is actually billing you.
