Hello Microsoft Support Team,
I am an individual Microsoft Store developer based in Türkiye. I am experiencing two critical issues that prevent me from completing my payout account setup and contacting Microsoft Developer Support.
1. Partner Center – Invalid Bank Code Error
I am trying to configure my bank account in Microsoft Partner Center to receive payouts from my published applications.
My bank details are:
- Bank Name: Türkiye Garanti Bankası A.Ş. (Garanti BBVA)
Bank Code: 0062
Branch Name: Beylikdüzü Meydan
Branch Code: 782
SWIFT/BIC: TGBATRISXXX
Country: Türkiye
However, the payout configuration form requires a 12-digit value for the following field:
"Bank Code / Branch Code / City Code"
The tooltip provides this example:
"12-digit number. Format: 013509071007"
I have tried entering my bank's official codes, but the system continuously displays:
"Invalid bank code. Please correct or enter the remaining fields for validation."
Turkish banks use their own banking code structure, and I cannot determine which 12-digit format Microsoft expects.
As a result, I am unable to complete my payout account verification.
2. Microsoft Developer Support Is Not Accessible
I also attempted to contact Microsoft through the official support channels, but unfortunately, I have been unable to submit a support ticket.
Here is what I have experienced:
Microsoft Dev Center Support: I selected the support option for personal Microsoft accounts (MSA).
Microsoft Engage Center: After signing in successfully, the page remains stuck on an infinite loading screen. No support form or ticket creation option appears.
Incognito Mode: I tried opening Engage Center in Chrome Incognito Mode, but the same issue occurred.
Partner Center AI Assistant: The assistant displayed the following message:
"AI assistant does not offer support for users with Microsoft Accounts currently."
Microsoft General Support: I also tried using the Microsoft support website, but I could not find a working channel to reach the Microsoft Store Developer Payout Support team.
Therefore, not only am I unable to configure my payout account, but I am also unable to contact the appropriate support team to resolve the issue.
Questions for Microsoft
What is the correct 12-digit Bank Code / Branch Code / City Code format for Garanti BBVA accounts in Türkiye?
Is there a known validation issue affecting Turkish bank accounts in Microsoft Partner Center?
Is Microsoft aware of the Engage Center infinite loading issue affecting personal Microsoft accounts (MSA)?
Is there an alternative support portal, direct email address, or escalation channel where Microsoft Store developers can submit payout-related support tickets?
Could a Microsoft representative escalate these issues to the Partner Center payout and developer support teams?
These issues are preventing me from completing my payment setup and receiving payouts from Microsoft Store.
I would appreciate assistance from a Microsoft representative, particularly from the Partner Center payments or Microsoft Store Developer Support team.
Thank you for your assistance.Hello Microsoft Support Team,
