To help narrow this down, have you checked whether the charge appears in your Microsoft account's billing history or whether a Solitaire subscription is listed under Services & subscriptions?
In the meantime, I recommend the following steps:
- Investigate the charge:
- Go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments
- Sign in with your Microsoft account.
- Locate the charge and select "Investigate" if available.
- Check whether it identifies the purchase or subscription.
- Check for an active subscription:
- Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services
- Sign in with the Microsoft account that may have been used to purchase Solitaire Premium.
- Look for a Solitaire-related subscription.
- Select "Manage" and then "Cancel" or turn off recurring billing.
- Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.
- Check your other Microsoft accounts and ask family members whether they may have used your card for an in-app purchase. You can also review your order history here: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders
If you cannot identify the charge in any Microsoft account, contact your credit card provider using the official number on the back of your card. Explain that you do not recognize the transaction and ask them to investigate it, dispute the charge if unauthorized, and prevent further recurring charges if necessary.
Avoid relying on the phone number shown in the transaction description. You can also contact Microsoft through its official support page via live chat:
