Hi Shelley Burnett,
I understand how frustrating this must be, especially after you already spent time working with Support and were expecting a follow-up within 24 hours while your husband still cannot access the files he needs.
Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, cannot access support case records, account details, or Microsoft’s back-end systems. Therefore, I cannot review or continue the existing case from here.
Since Microsoft Support has already investigated the issue, the best next step is to contact Microsoft Support again and provide your existing case number. Ask the new agent to review the previous case notes and continue the investigation from where the earlier agent left off. You can contact Microsoft Support here: Contact Microsoft Support
I know this is not the immediate solution you were hoping for, but reconnecting with Support using the existing case number should help the new agent review the history without requiring you to explain everything again. Thank you so much for your understanding.
