Unfortunately you cannot add or redeem an Office LTSC license to a personal Microsoft account. Office LTSC is a volume-licensed product designed for enterprise and organizational IT deployment. It is activated using a Multiple Activation Key (MAK) or Key Management Service (KMS) rather than a consumer product key.
