A Microsoft file hosting and synchronization service.
Hi, Phil cam
Since the old share links still open your files, the files most likely haven't been deleted. Either the OneDrive website isn't loading your file list properly, or the files are sitting in a different place than you're looking.
Here are some suggestions you can try:
Open OneDrive.com in an InPrivate/Incognito window or a different browser. If you use an ad blocker or privacy extension like uBlock Origin or Ghostery, it is recommended to turn it off for onedrive.com and then refresh. These extensions can block the page from loading your file list, so your drive shows up empty even though the files are still there.
Open one of the working links and look at the folder path at the top of the page. Click the parent folder name in that path. If you're signed in with the account that owns the files, you can browse the whole folder from there. Then download the important files as a backup right away.
Check the OneDrive mobile app or the OneDrive folder on your PC, signed in with the same account. If your files show up there, the problem is only with the website. If the mobile app also looks empty, go to Profile > Settings > Account and select Reset.
On OneDrive.com, go to Settings > Storage (Manage storage) and see what's actually using your space. Also check that your Microsoft 365 subscription is still active. If your storage plan changes, your free space can change too.
If none of this works, open the ? Help menu on OneDrive.com and pick the option to contact support. Mention that your shared links still work but My Files looks empty. That tells them the files still exist on Microsoft's side.
