A Microsoft file hosting and synchronization service.
Hi, @Magenthiran S
Thanks for the detailed report. Your testing already shows this isn't caused by your page, browser or files.
This looks like a recurrence of an incident from late August. Around August 21, 2026, OneDrive EmbedView started requesting an odsp.react.lib-*.js bundle (a different hash at the time) that the CDN no longer served. That caused the same blank frames for Word, Excel and PowerPoint embeds. Microsoft hasn't published an ETA. Last time, though, the fix was made on Microsoft's side and nothing had to change on users' pages.
Here are a few other options while you wait:
Report it where the OneDrive product team is already active Reply on the Tech Community thread where the August fix was confirmed: OneDrive embedded PowerPoint slides showing blank page or error. Mention that the problem has come back with odsp.react.lib-8e01e1f0.js. You can also add your details to the newer thread about the recurrence: Embedding Word/Excel files from OneDrive into a webpage via iframes stopped working. A product manager has engaged on that board before, so a report there may reach the right people faster than a general support case.
Send in-product feedback In OneDrive on the web, open Help & Settings > Feedback. In PowerPoint for the web, use Help > Feedback. Describe the 404 and include the timestamp. This feedback goes to the product teams, not to the support queue.
Check the service status page Microsoft's OneDrive known-issues article points to the Service Health portal for Office Online services. Check it when you're testing, so you know whether an incident has been posted before you change your page again.
Export the deck as a video and host it outside OneDrive In desktop PowerPoint, go to File > Export > Create a Video. Upload the MP4 to YouTube (unlisted works), Vimeo, or your own site with a <video> tag. Unlike static images, this keeps your transitions, animations and narration. Don't host the video on OneDrive personal, because OneDrive's embed player may have the same problem.
Convert the deck to a Sway and embed that In Sway, use Create > Start from a document and import the .pptx. Then use Share > Get embed code. Sway generates its own embed code, separate from the OneDrive embed viewer. Slide layouts get reflowed into Sway's format, so this works better for content-heavy decks than for design-heavy ones. Also, don't embed the OneDrive PowerPoint inside a Sway card. That would load the same broken viewer.
When the fix rolls out, your original embed code should start working again without any changes, as it did in August.
Hope this helps.
