Your bitlocker recovery key should be shown under your account online - Check Devices>Bitlocker data protection & then Manage Recovery keys.
If there’s nothing showing then check any other Microsoft accounts which you may have used on the PC.
If there’s nothing then unfortunately the data cannot be recovered, it may require forensic data recovery software in that case.
