    Hi @Timbul Manurung

The “Your request can’t be completed right now” message indicates that the search could not be processed. The issue may be related to the browser session or the mailbox search service.

Here are a few steps you can try:

    1. Test Outlook on the web in a private browser window
    • In Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on Windows, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
    • On macOS, press Command + Shift + N.
    • Sign in to Outlook on the web and search for "danill" again.
    1. Clear the browser cache and cookies
    • Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete in Chrome or Edge.
    • Set the time range to All time.
    • Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
    • Select Clear data.
    • Also, on the https://outlook.office.com/ link click F12 to open DevTools, select - Application and find the local storage cache right click and select Clear
    • Brugerens billede
    • Still in the left pane, locate the https://outlook.office.com/ link under Cookies, right-click on it, and select Clear.
    • Brugerens billede
    • Close and restart the browser.
    • Sign back in to Outlook on the web and test the search again.

Please note that clearing cookies will sign you out of websites currently open in the browser.

    1. Narrow the search criteria

Instead of searching the entire mailbox, try searching within the folder where the email is expected, such as Inbox.

You may also try the following search terms separately:

    "danill"
    body:"danill"
    from:"danill"

Alternatively, select the Filter icon on the right side of the search bar and narrow the search by folder, sender, recipient, keyword, or date range.

I hope these steps help resolve the issue. Feel free to get back to me if you have any further information or questions.
