i have lot access to my own file, it says i do not have permission or states unknown render failure.

How to regain access? this is a personal account.

    Hi!

    Are you trying to view the file through the OneDrive app installed on your computer, or via the OneDrive website (https://onedrive.live.com/)?

    Does this issue occur with other files, or only with this one?

    What type of file is it (PDF, video, image, Word, Excel)?
