I have 2 xbox profiles on 1 email address.

When i sign into my xbox console, i get my main profile with gamerscore etc. However, when i try to sign into my app on a tablet with the same email/password, i get an empty profile with 0 gamerscore, no subscriptions, games.

I played World Of Warcraft on xbox a long time ago and read that this creates an empty profile for xbox use. Does anyone know if this is true?

My problem is that i cant access my main xbox profile with my games, gamescore, subscriptions on other devices.

    Hello Allan Park,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

    A Microsoft account can only be linked with 1 Xbox profile, so the situation of 2 Xbox profiles on the same account shouldn't exist.

    In this case, can you please help me do a little test first? Can you please open an InPrivate tab and sign in to the Xbox official website? Once you are there, can you please tell me which account do you see?

    I opened xbox.com in InPrivate window and signed in. I got the empty profile with 0g gamerscore, no subscription etc.

    Thanks for replying.

    That actually implied that the profile link with the email is the blank one. In this case, since you own an Xbox console, you probably still have the gamertag of the account you need. In this case, we will need some access that unfortunately forum moderators don't have, in this case, please contact Microsoft Support to see if they can find the log in email for you with the gamertag.

    • Visit this website: Contact - Microsoft Support
    • Type Contact in the search box.
    • Now click Get help, and Select Contact Support or Sign in to contact support below.
    • Go to the Products and services tab, and choose either Microsoft 365 and Office category.
    • On the Category tab, choose Technical support.
    • Go to Confirm.
    • You can now choose the option of Chat with a support agent on your web browser.
