My account got hacked and they changed the email address so whenever I try to login that email address it will say "this account is not found or not recognized" PLEASE HELP I WANT MY MINECRAFT ACCOUNT BACK T T

Recover the Microsoft account

1. Open Microsoft’s compromised-account page above and start the Sign-in Helper.
2. Enter the email address that was attached to the account before it was changed.
3. If another alias, phone number, or Skype name was attached to the account, try that identifier instead. Microsoft specifically recommends using another alias or phone number when an email is no longer recognized.^2^
4. If the helper offers talk to an agent, select it and report:
   • The original account email
   • Approximate account-creation date
   • Previous passwords
   • Xbox gamertag and frequently used console, if applicable
   • Minecraft purchase date, order/transaction information, and payment details
   • The security notification showing that an identity-verification app was added without permission

Use a working contact email, complete the form from a device and location previously used with the account, and provide as much historical information as possible. Microsoft normally sends the result to the contact email within 24 hours; unsuccessful submissions can be retried up to twice daily.^3^

Because the original address now reports that the account does not exist, do not repeatedly use ordinary password reset. Microsoft’s guidance for that exact message is to use the username-recovery/support route instead.^2^

Protect your other accounts now

• Run a full malware scan before changing recovered-account passwords.
