Request to Connect with Microsoft Experience Center One (EC One) Team

Hello!

I'm part of an EBC team for a large tech company in the area. As part of an upcoming annual team gathering, we're exploring opportunities to visit other leading executive briefing centers to connect with industry peers, exchange ideas, and learn from different approaches to executive engagement and experience design.

Microsoft's recently opened Experience Center One (EC One) caught our attention, and we'd love the opportunity to arrange a tour of the facility and potentially connect with members of the EC One team.

Our goal is to make this a collaborative, peer-to-peer learning experience where we can share perspectives, explore innovative approaches to executive briefings, and gain inspiration from how other organizations are evolving their customer and executive experiences.

Would someone be able to point me toward the appropriate contact to explore the possibility of coordinating a team visit?

Thanks so much for any guidance!

Contact your organization’s Microsoft account manager or account team and ask them to sponsor and route the visit request to the Experience Center One Executive Briefing Program in Redmond.

Microsoft identifies Experience Center One as its Redmond, Washington location and explicitly directs Executive Briefing Program inquiries to the customer’s account team; the public page does not provide a separate EC One booking form or team email address.^1^

What to send your Microsoft account team

    Include:

    • Your company and EBC team
    • Preferred dates and approximate group size
    • The peer-to-peer purpose of the visit
    • Topics of interest, such as executive engagement, briefing design, immersive experiences, and operating models
    • Whether you want a facility tour, discussion with EC One leaders, or both
    • Your Microsoft customer or partner relationship
    • A primary coordinator’s business contact information

    A concise request could read:

Our EBC team would like to explore a peer-learning visit to Microsoft Experience Center One in Redmond. We are interested in a facility tour and a discussion with the EC One team about executive engagement and experience design. Could you sponsor this request and connect us with the Executive Briefing Program team that coordinates EC One visits?

If you do not know your Microsoft account contact

    Ask your organization’s:

    1. Microsoft relationship owner, procurement team, or IT leadership for the assigned account manager.
    2. Microsoft partner/contact who manages your organization’s commercial relationship to route the request internally.
    3. Customer Success Account Manager, if your organization has one; Microsoft documentation identifies the account team and CSAM as the contacts that coordinate other executive-level Microsoft engagements.^2^

The general Microsoft locations page can help identify regional offices, but it does not list a dedicated public EC One booking contact.^3^

This is a relationship and briefing request rather than a Partner Center technical-support issue, so opening a standard product support case is unlikely to be the appropriate first route.
