I am within the 90 day period since re-subscribing and want to reactivate my files that are only on one-drive. How is this done?

If the files were archived, they can be reactivated from OneDrive on the web:

    1. Open the file’s OneDrive location in a browser.
    2. Find the file and select More Options (…).
    3. Select Reactivate.
    4. Wait up to 24 hours for the file to become available again.

If the archive was applied by an organizational policy and the Reactivate option is not available, the IT admin must reactivate it.

If the issue is that the account was at risk of deletion because it was inactive or over storage, sign in to OneDrive before the date shown in the warning to reactivate the account, then check that the storage limit is no longer exceeded.

If many files were deleted, overwritten, or affected recently, and the account includes Microsoft 365, the entire OneDrive can be restored to an earlier point in time:

    1. Sign in to the OneDrive website.
    2. Select Settings > Options > Restore your OneDrive.
    3. Choose a date or Custom date and time.
    4. Review the activity chart and feed, then restore.

For personal accounts, support cannot access files directly beyond the available self-service options.

Is this a personal subscription or is it provided by an organization (work, education)?
