    Hi Derrick,

I understand you have an issue with images not displaying in Outlook on the web with your Microsoft 365 Business Basic account. As a Forum moderator, I do not have access to your Microsoft 365 tenant or account configuration. My role here is limited to providing general guidance and solutions that can be applied by users.

To help narrow down the cause, could you please confirm the following?

    • Does this affect all emails or only certain senders?
    • Do you see blank spaces, broken image icons, or a "Download pictures" prompt?
    • Does the issue occur in an Edge InPrivate window or a different browser?
    • Are other users in your organization experiencing the same issue?
    • Does the issue affect new emails only, or older emails as well?
    • Are you able to view the images if you open the same message on another device?

Additionally, please provide a screenshot of the affected email (with any personal information removed). This may help determine whether the issue is related to Outlook on the web, the browser, or an organizational setting.

I look forward to your update.

    Warm Regards.
