Microsoft Store Company Enrollment Failed – BDK_E_BADZIP – Approved Postal Code Not Synchronized

I am unable to complete Microsoft Store Developer enrollment for a company registered in Romania.

The problem:

Our company has successfully completed business verification, and the Legal Business Profile status is Authorized.

Five days ago, Microsoft approved a correction to our company's postal code, changing it from "0" to "050151".

However, Microsoft Partner Center still displays inconsistent information:

  • Legal Info → Seller Contact Info: postal code "0"

Verification Summary → Seller Contact Info: postal code "050151" (approved)

The Microsoft Store Developer enrollment process fails during account creation with the following error:

ErrorCode: 10021

ErrorShortMessage: BDK_E_BADZIP

ErrorLongMessage: Invalid ZIP code

API: UpdateAccount

Retryable: false

The issue persists across different browsers, including Chrome and Edge.

Support access is also blocked:

Microsoft Engage Center remains stuck on its loading screen.

Partner Center Help + Support displays "No results found" in the Workspace dropdown, preventing me from creating a support request.

I have already contacted Microsoft Store Support by email but have not yet received a case number.

Questions:

How can I get the approved postal code synchronized across the Microsoft Partner Center systems?

Could the UpdateAccount API still be using the outdated postal code?

Is there an alternative way to open an official support ticket for Microsoft Store Developer enrollment?

Can a Microsoft moderator help escalate this issue to the appropriate engineering team?

I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue without restarting the already completed company verification process.I am unable to complete Microsoft Store Developer enrollment for a company registered in Romania.
