Certificate of Tax Residence

Hello,

We are a Microsoft customer based in Poland and pay invoices issued by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (MIOL).

For Polish withholding tax purposes, we need a valid Certificate of Tax Residence for Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, issued by the Irish Revenue Commissioners, covering the years 2025 and 2026.

The Partner Center page "Set up common tax forms" only lists certificates up to 2024. Could you please send us the current certificates, or tell us where we can download them?
