Good question to check before you worry. The answer depends on whether this is a display issue or a length issue, and you can tell which one it is quickly.
1. Check the length of your third answer. Microsoft Forms accepts up to 4,000 characters in a single text answer. A longer answer can't be stored in full, so the form owner wouldn't see the extra part either. If your answer was long (roughly 600 or more words), that limit is the most likely reason.
2. If it was shorter than that, it's probably just the view. A copy of your response can show a long answer in a small box that only displays the first line. The form owner sees answers in the form's Responses tab and in the Excel export, which show the stored text. To check your copy, open the saved response, then use the ... menu (top right) to print or save it as a PDF. That can show more of the text than the on-screen box.
3. If you're still unsure, ask the form owner to confirm they can see your full answer. If part of it is missing, ask whether they can let you submit again or send the rest separately. Keep a copy of your full answer in a document so you don't have to retype it.
Was your third answer longer than the first two, or did it have several paragraphs?
If this puts your mind at rest, please consider accepting it as the answer. If the full text is missing even in the PDF, let me know and I'll be happy to keep helping.
