Open an Azure Billing and Subscription support request now, because “Ready to Use” appears to indicate that account review finished but does not confirm that the Free Trial subscription itself was provisioned.
Four days with no subscription or confirmation email is not documented as a normal activation delay. Azure Support must inspect the account-specific provisioning state; Microsoft Q&A participants cannot access it. The official No subscriptions found guidance also directs unresolved cases to a support request.^1^
Rule out a hidden subscription
Before submitting the ticket, perform these two checks:
- Check every directory
- In the Azure portal, select your profile at the upper right.
- Select Switch directory.
- Open each directory available to your account, then go to Subscriptions.
Azure displays subscriptions only for the currently selected directory.^2^
- Remove subscription filters
- Go to Subscriptions.
- Select the Subscriptions filter at the upper left.
- Select portal setting.
- Under the default subscription filter, choose Select all. If advanced filters are enabled, activate Default.
- Return to Subscriptions, select All subscriptions, and apply the filter.
Portal filters can exclude a newly created subscription from all portal views.^3^
Escalate provisioning if it remains empty
In the support request, select an issue category related to Subscription management, Billing, or Account/Free Trial sign-up, and include:
- Signup date: October 25, 2026
- Status displayed: Ready to Use
- No confirmation or welcome email received
- Subscriptions remains empty after checking every directory and selecting all subscriptions
- The email address used for signup, entered only in the secure contact/account fields
- A screenshot of the status page, with personal and payment information redacted
If using the Azure portal support wizard, select ? → Create a support request only if it permits an account-creation or subscription-management case without requiring an existing subscription. Portal tickets normally require access to a subscription; subscription management support itself does not require a paid technical support plan.^4^
If the portal blocks ticket creation because no subscription can be selected, use:
Conditional permissions case
If another administrator can already see the subscription, then it exists but your account may lack access. Ask an existing subscription Owner or administrator to add your exact account as Owner, then sign out and back in. This branch applies only when someone authorized can confirm that the subscription exists; otherwise, continue with Billing Support.^1^
Do not start another Free Trial registration while the case is being investigated. Azure limits Free Trial eligibility to users who are new to Azure, so a duplicate attempt might introduce an eligibility issue rather than repair the missing subscription.^6^
