Microsoft office won't work

What error is indicates when you try to use the Office apps on your PC, is that a popup error indicating the Office app has run into a problem or is this an activation/subscription error?

Please provide a screenshot of the error you see indicated.

When you purchase an Office subscription or licence, then when that is activated, it gets automatically linked to your account as a digital licence, where did you purchase the subscription, is that from a 3rd party retailer or directly from Microsoft?

Log into any Microsoft account you may have on this link (https://account.microsoft.com/services/), do you find your Microsoft 365 subscription listed on any account you may have, if not, if you paid Microsoft for the subscription, click the Billing icon on the left, do you find your payment listed there?

Please can you open a Microsoft Office program/app on your computer (It can be any), in my example I am going to use Microsoft Excel.

Once you have opened the Microsoft Office program/app on your PC, please click onto "Account" on the bottom left-hand navigation menu above feedback.

This will open your accounts setting page. Please can you make sure you have signed into your Microsoft account under the "Product Information" section

If you have tried this, but are having difficulties with this. Please can you tell me what error message you get when you try and sign into your account?
