Partner Center tax profile: NPWP field only accepts 15 digits, but Indonesia now uses 16-digit NPWP

I am an individual Microsoft Store developer in Indonesia.

Since 2024, under Minister of Finance Regulation PMK 112/PMK.03/2022, Indonesia's taxpayer number (NPWP) has 16 digits, and for individuals it is the same as the national ID number (NIK). People who registered after this change, like me, do not have a 15-digit NPWP at all.

In Partner Center, the tax profile for Microsoft Store (Indonesia) requires the Tax ID type "NPWP", but the field only accepts exactly 15 digits. A 16-digit NPWP is rejected, so I cannot complete my tax and payout profile or sell my in-app add-on.

I have opened a support request, but I have not received a solution yet.

Questions:

1. Is there a known fix or workaround for Indonesian developers with a 16-digit NPWP?
2. Can someone from the Partner Center team escalate this validation issue?
