New OneDrive Storage Policy

Hello MS team.

The convenience of having my OS, cloud storage, and Office products integrated under one roof was nice but was by no means a necessity.

In light of your recent 4TB reduction in storage allocation to Office 365 Family plans, I will be switching to Google's Office and storage offerings before the April cut over.

It unfortunate when a company gets greedy, screws over the customer, and then tries to put a positive spin on it.

I do like the shared storage allocation part of the policy, but reducing us to 2TB total is absolutely a terrible policy. If you would have knocked 1TB or even 2TB off, that would be acceptable.

Shame on you...

    Hello Jonah B,

I understand your frustration. Losing a significant amount of storage, especially when it was one of the reasons you chose Microsoft 365 Family, is understandably disappointing.

The Microsoft Feedback Portal would be a appropriate place to raise concerns about Microsoft 365 subscription policies.

I realize this doesn't change the decision, but submitting your feedback there is a way to make sure your concerns reach the appropriate channel. Warm regards,
