Does a Japanese developer need to enter My Number as Local TIN in W-8BEN?

I am an individual developer residing in Japan, preparing the tax form for my paid app on Microsoft Store.

The W-8BEN form requires a Local TIN when I claim tax treaty benefits.

Do I need to enter my Japanese Individual Number (My Number) in this field? Is there an alternative if I do not wish to provide it?

I have not submitted the form because I want to confirm the correct procedure before providing sensitive personal information.
