account subscription issues

i have an account. i pay monthly. i cannot open teams on my account. it wants me to subscribe. but i already have

What device are you using (Windows PC, Mac, or mobile device), and are you accessing Teams through the app or a browser?

Are you signing in with a personal Microsoft account or a work or school account?

If you're using a personal Microsoft account, please visit https://account.microsoft.com/services and let me know the exact name of your active subscription.

In the meantime, make sure you're signed in to Teams with the same account associated with your subscription.
