My lenovo laptop's D drive is encrypted, and I need to find the 48-digit recovery key. The problem is that I unlinked the device about three years ago, so it no longer appears in my Microsoft account. How can I resolve this?

    Hi,

    Although it is unlinked, the keys remain in the Microsoft account, based on my experience with this. Here is a key from a device unlinked 6 months ago.
