Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
If the Premium subscription was purchased directly from Microsoft, the refund path is through the cancellation flow and Microsoft Support.
- Sign in to Services & subscriptions with the same Microsoft account that purchased the Premium subscription.
- Find the Premium subscription and select Manage.
- If it is already canceled, refund eligibility is determined automatically during cancellation. Not all cancellations result in a refund.
- For direct help, go to Contact Microsoft Support, enter the billing issue, select Get Help, and then Contact Support.
Important checks:
- If the subscription was bought through Microsoft, options like Manage, Cancel, or Change payment appear on the subscription page.
- If it was bought through a third party such as Apple, Google Play, Amazon, Best Buy, or another retailer, billing and refunds must be handled by that provider directly.
- In most cases, a refund may be available within 30 days of the initial purchase or before the first recurring billing date, whichever is sooner.
- If no refund is issued, access to Microsoft 365 usually continues until the end of the current billing period.
Since the Premium subscription has already been canceled, the correct contact is Microsoft Support billing/contact support if Microsoft charged it directly.
