Urgent Assistance Required: Microsoft Account Recovery, BitLocker Recovery Key, and HP Laptop Lockout

I am writing to request urgent assistance with a Windows login issue on my HP laptop. I am currently unable to access Windows, recover my account through the available verification methods, or access my personal data stored on the SSD because it is protected by BitLocker encryption.

1. Description of the Issue

Until recently, I was able to access my HP laptop using my Windows PIN. However, after my laptop began running slowly, I consulted a technician. When I returned home and turned the laptop on again, Windows started asking me to set up my PIN and verify my Microsoft account.

During this process, I was asked to verify my identity through a recovery email address, [email removed], which I cannot access. I do not recognize or have access to the phone number associated with that recovery email, and I have been unable to recover that Gmail account through Google's recovery process.

2. Microsoft Account Details

The Microsoft account I believe is associated with my Windows installation is:

I can currently access my Google mailbox at [email removed] through my phone. However, when I try to sign in to or recover the associated Microsoft account, Microsoft requests verification through [email removed], which is inaccessible to me.

I do not remember my previous Microsoft account password, and I cannot complete the available recovery process because I do not have access to the required verification email or its associated phone number.

3. BitLocker Recovery Key and Data Access Issue

My laptop's SSD appears to be protected by BitLocker encryption. I did not separately save or back up the BitLocker recovery key when the laptop was working normally.

As a result, I am now caught in a difficult situation:

I cannot complete the Windows login or PIN setup process.

I cannot access the Microsoft account recovery process because the verification email is inaccessible.

I cannot unlock the encrypted SSD or access my personal files without the BitLocker recovery key.

I cannot safely reset or reinstall Windows without risking the loss of my important personal data.

I have already tried Windows Recovery options, including Startup Repair and uninstalling the latest quality update, but these steps did not resolve the issue.

4. Assistance Requested

I kindly request Microsoft Support to help me with the following:

Microsoft account recovery: Please advise whether my account, [email removed], can be recovered or verified through an alternative method, given that I can access the email mailbox but cannot access the recovery email currently required by Microsoft.

BitLocker recovery key: Please guide me on how to locate or retrieve the BitLocker recovery key associated with my HP laptop and Microsoft account, if it was backed up to my account.

Alternative verification: Please let me know whether any alternative identity verification procedure is available in my circumstances.

Safe Windows recovery or reset: If account recovery and BitLocker key retrieval are not possible, please advise me on the safest supported way to recover my files, if feasible, and subsequently reset or reinstall Windows so that I can use my laptop again.

My priority is to regain access to my laptop and preserve my personal data. I understand that BitLocker encryption is designed to protect data and that Microsoft may not be able to generate a missing recovery key. Nevertheless, I would be grateful for your guidance on any available recovery options before I proceed with a Windows reset that could permanently erase my files.
