Welcome Angie Hall,
Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum. I understand you want to connect your wireless mouse to your computer.
When you open Settings > Bluetooth & devices, do you see Bluetooth available and turned on? Also, does Windows show the mouse under Bluetooth & devices after you attempt to connect it?
In the meantime, you can try these steps:
1, Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter.
- Open Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
- Find Bluetooth and select Run if the Bluetooth troubleshooter is available.
2, Check the Bluetooth adapter in Device Manager.
- Right-click Start and select Device Manager.
- Expand Bluetooth.
- If the Bluetooth adapter shows a warning symbol, right-click it and select Update driver.
3, Check Windows Update for an updated Bluetooth driver.
- Open Settings > Windows Update > Advanced options > Optional updates.
- Install any applicable Bluetooth or wireless driver updates, then restart the computer.
Looking forward to your update.
