I purchased Minecraft: Java Edition on 20/12/2014 via a Mojang account registered to [<PII removed>@hotmail.com]. I am no longer able to access the game.

Purchase details:

  • Order ID: <PII removed>
  • Transaction ID: <PII removed>
  • Amount: USD 26.95
  • Payment:
  • Country of purchase: Qatar

I am currently signed in with the Microsoft account [******@hotmail.com], but the game is not shown as owned.

Could you please:

  1. Confirm whether this licence was migrated to a Microsoft account and, if so, which one;
  2. If it was not migrated, confirm whether the licence can be linked to my Microsoft account on the basis of the proof of purchase above.

I can provide the original Mojang receipt email if required.

Kind regards, Edouard Faure
