    Hi 1 1,

Since your TPM reports no errors, you should first check which sign-in method is actually being requested.

    1. Go to Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options.
    2. Under Windows Hello, check whether PIN (Windows Hello) is configured.
    3. If not, select PIN (Windows Hello) > Set up and complete the setup.
    4. If the“Need USB” prompt appears only in Firefox or on a particular website, please test the same authentication in Microsoft Edge and note whether Windows Hello/PIN is offered instead.

A USB prompt can be associated with the separate Security Key authentication option.

If Windows Hello works normally at the Windows sign-in screen but the USB request occurs only in Firefox, that would help narrow this down to the browser/site authentication flow rather than the TPM itself.

Hope this helps narrow down where the request is coming from.
