Hacked accout

Last week my sons account was hacked, I received an email telling me that his username had been changed, then it changed again 1 minute later, then my email address was removed and my telephone number was also removed.

I filled in the form with all of the details then received an email asking me to provide further information which I did.

Not heard anything back since, how do I escalate a complaint?
