I had a problem that started on the 17 this month. My son has the email adress ******@gmail.com and has paid for a minecraft account from this IP adress. on the date of 17 at arround 6pm he wanted to play Minecraft, he has the User name ShadowCrafter013,that is logged to his email ,and as a second email it is my email ******@yahoo.com. Now he can not access hes minecraft account,on the 17 at arround 12:05 pm he got 3 emails and i had received 1 with different codes to change the email adress from hes account and the email adress associated to hes account. I remmember it switched the adress to something like [email protected] or something like that. Now when he tries to sign in to microsoft with hes account ,microsoft says they do not have the email, and if i try to signup with hes email ******@gmail.com the answer is it is allready in use and they will send a verification code to an adress that is not ours starts like this ac....,somebody changed our adress and we want it to be changed back to the original adress. We lost the game that we purchased and it is not fair...please change the account back to hes email

I just made this account so I can post here,
