Hello,

I signed up for a free trial of Planner and Project Plan 3 (1 license) in September 2025 only to evaluate the product, and I used it just once. I was not aware that the trial would automatically convert into a paid monthly subscription, and I did not receive a clear reminder before the first charge.

After the trial ended, the subscription was converted to paid and I was charged every month:

  • October 24, 2025 – USD 34.65 – charged to my card
  • November 24, 2025 – USD 34.65 – charged to my card
  • December 24, 2025 – USD 34.65 – the invoice now shows status "Locked" with the message "Contact Azure Support to pay this invoice"

I never used the service after the trial. The subscription now shows the status Deleted in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

I would like to request:

  1. A refund of the two charged months (total USD 69.30);
  2. Voiding the locked December invoice, so that no balance remains on my billing account;
  3. Confirmation that no further charges will be made.

What I have already tried:

  • Microsoft 365 admin center → Help & support: the virtual assistant only shows articles, and the only contact option is a phone callback, which I could not complete.
  • Azure portal → Help + support → Billing: the page says only Azure billing issues are handled there, and requests for Microsoft 365 products will be closed.

Could a Microsoft moderator or billing representative please advise how I can submit this refund request in writing, or help escalate it to the billing team? I can provide the invoice numbers and billing account details privately.

Thank you very much for your help.
