My Microsoft account was hacked and primary email/security info was changed

My Microsoft account was compromised. The attacker managed to change the primary email address (alias) and removed all my security information.

Because the security info and email address were completely modified, standard recovery options and the automated recovery form (ACSR) do not work for me.

Could you please guide me on how I can reach a Microsoft support agent to verify my identity and recover my hacked account?
