How to speak to an agent? I need to gain global admin access to my business account. I own the business. I cannot upgrade any of my users of accounts as I have no global admin access. The previous global admin has deleted the Microsoft authenticator access. I can provide all relevant documentation to prove my identity

Hi , Thank you for reaching out! My name is Stefano and it’s my pleasure to assist you today.

I'm very sorry for the problem you're facing.

Here all the information you need to contact Microsoft 365 technical support or call over the phone.

Because you own the business but no longer have access to a Global Administrator account, you need to contact Microsoft 365 Business Support and request an administrator access recovery.

This is a specific account recovery situation, not a normal password reset. Microsoft may need to verify your ownership of the business and its Microsoft 365 tenant before helping restore administrative access.

    1. How to contact Microsoft support

Go to the official Microsoft support website:

    Contact Microsoft Support

Select Microsoft 365, then choose the business support option if offered. Explain that you cannot access the Microsoft 365 admin center because the previous Global Administrator's Microsoft Authenticator access has been removed.

    2. Speak to a live agent by telephone

Use Microsoft's official Global Customer Service phone number directory.

Select your country and look for Microsoft 365 Business technical support.

When connected, ask the agent to escalate your case to the Microsoft Data Protection / Tenant Recovery team. This is the team identified in Microsoft's support guidance for administrator lockouts.

Please, let me know if you will need of further assistance.

    Kind regards,

    Stefano
