    Hi C Ogedegbe,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

First of all, please understand that this forum is a community where users support one another and share information. Moderators and users on the forum are unable to contact you directly or escalate account-related issues to the appropriate support team on your behalf. However, I will do my best to assist you within the scope of my capabilities.

Based on your description, I understand that you are currently unable to access your account. You also mentioned that you have already contacted Support by phone but have not yet been able to connect with a support agent.

In this situation, there is another option you may consider: create a new tenant using a trial subscription and then submit a support request from the new tenant.

You can follow the steps below:

    1. Create a new tenant

Visit the Microsoft 365 Business Plans and Pricing page and follow the instructions provided there to sign up for a trial subscription and create a new tenant.

During the setup process, create a new account for this tenant and complete the required registration steps.

    1. Access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center

Once the new tenant has been successfully created, sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center using the administrator account for the new tenant.

    1. Submit a support request

In the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, go to:

    Support > Help & Support

You can also use the following page to submit and manage your support requests:

    https://admin.microsoft.com/#/support/requests

When creating the support request, provide information about the account or previous tenant that you are currently unable to access.

In the support request description, clearly explain that you are trying to regain access to your previous Microsoft 365 tenant and need assistance from the Data Protection team.

You can use or adjust the following sample message:

    "

    Hello,

I am currently unable to access my previous Microsoft 365 tenant because I no longer have access to my multi-factor authentication (MFA) method.

I created this new tenant solely for the purpose of requesting support. I would greatly appreciate being connected with the Data Protection team so that I can verify my identity and receive assistance in restoring access to my original tenant.

This issue is quite urgent because I use Microsoft 365 for work and have been unable to work for the past few days. I am willing to provide any documentation or verification information required to assist with the account recovery process.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    "

    1. Cancel the trial subscription after the issue has been resolved

Once your issue has been resolved, please remember to cancel the trial subscription to avoid any unexpected charges.

You can refer to the Microsoft documentation titled:

Cancel your Microsoft business subscription in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center

I hope this approach helps you regain access to your account as soon as possible. I am glad to assist and sincerely hope the information provided above is helpful.

If you need any further assistance, please feel free to reply here.

A Microsoft 365 business administrator can request a live-agent callback directly from the Microsoft 365 admin center by selecting Help & support → Contact Support (headset) → Phone → Contact me.^1^

    Request the callback

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center using the business administrator account.
    2. Select Help & support at the bottom-right.
    3. Select the Contact Support (headset) icon at the top or bottom-left of the support pane.
    4. Choose Phone, enter and confirm the callback details, and select Contact me. The pane displays the expected wait time.
    5. Open two separate requests:
      • Microsoft 365/OneDrive or SharePoint access preventing the team from accessing files
      • Billing and payment options

These business support methods require an administrator account. If the page reports insufficient permission, ask the organization’s Microsoft 365 administrator to submit the requests. If every subscription was purchased through a Microsoft partner rather than Microsoft, contact that partner instead.^1^

For a direct phone alternative, use Microsoft’s current regional number list rather than numbers copied from older posts.^2^ Have the organization’s account details ready. Microsoft may send a verification code to the email address or phone number registered in the admin-center profile.^1^

Check whether billing is blocking the shared drive

If users see an organization suspended, read-only, expired, or disabled message:

    1. In the admin center, go to Billing → Your products.
    2. Open the affected subscription and inspect Subscription status.
    3. Go to Billing → Bills & payments.
    4. Pay any outstanding invoice or update an expired payment method.
    5. If the subscription expired, renew or reactivate it; if it was cancelled, the documented recovery action is to repurchase the same subscription and reassign users’ licenses.^3^

Do not delay if the subscription is suspended, because prolonged suspension can result in permanent deletion of SharePoint and OneDrive data.^3^

To change payment details yourself, use Billing → Bills & payments → Payment methods. Adding a method alone does not apply it to the subscription; afterward, replace the existing subscription or billing-profile payment method with the new one.^4^

If the administrator account itself is inaccessible

Use Contact Microsoft Support, enter the sign-in problem, select Get Help, and then Contact Support. Support can guide account recovery, but agents cannot send password-reset links or directly access and change account details.[^5^](https://support.microsoft.com/accounts-billing/subscriptions/[Subscription ID] "Microsoft 365 for business")

Do not post email addresses, tenant information, invoices, card details, passwords, or verification codes in this public forum.
