Commercial Marketplace enrollment blocked — 715-123160 — Unable to create support ticket

Hello Microsoft Support Team,

I am registering Heycademy, a legally registered Danish PMV, as a Microsoft Commercial Marketplace publisher for our SaaS product, HeyXera Assess.

Our enrollment was blocked with reference 715-123160 and correlation ID e8f9ac57-a08c-48eb-b784-454bc9758cd3.

I have attempted the official Partner Center support process, but because enrollment has not completed, no Marketplace workspace is available and I cannot submit a support request.

Could a Microsoft representative please escalate this to the Partner Center enrollment or Trust & Safety verification team, or provide an accessible support channel for manual review?

I can provide our Danish CVR registration and supporting business documents through a secure channel.
