We are trying to set a recurring video for monthly meetings but don’t have a dropdown to make the meeting recurring. Any help on the steps we should take?

    Hello Taylor,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Community!

You can schedule a recurring monthly meeting directly from the Microsoft Teams calendar. Please follow these steps:

    1. Open Microsoft Teams and select Calendar.
    2. Select New event to create a meeting.
    3. Enter the meeting title, attendees, date, and time.
    4. In the meeting scheduling window, select Series at the top, or open the date and time section and enable Recurring. User's image
    5. Under Repeat every, change the frequency from week to month and choose your preferred recurrence settings.
    6. Set the Until date, ensure the Teams meeting option is enabled, and select Save.

If you don't see these options, could you please confirm whether you're using Teams on the desktop application or in a web browser?

You can also share a screenshot of your meeting scheduling window directly in this thread, with any personal information hidden.

This will help me guide you based on the calendar interface you're using.
