Log into any Microsoft account you may have on this link, are you able to find the Microsoft 365 subscription and if so check the expiry date listed on your subscription, is that listed correctly.

https://account.microsoft.com/services/

Click the Billing icon on the left, do you find your subscription listed there and if so, is it indicated your payment has been processed correctly.

If you are unable to find the subscription or payment details on any Microsoft account you may have, did you pay Microsoft directly for the subscription or pay through the Apple App Store or Google App Store.

If a Microsoft 365 subscription does not appear on the account, the usual causes are:

    1. The subscription is attached to a different Microsoft account.
    2. The subscription was purchased through a third party such as Apple, Google Play, Amazon, or another retailer.
    3. A retail box or card was purchased, but the product key has not been redeemed yet.

    Steps to check:

    1. Go to the Services & subscriptions page and sign in with the Microsoft account that was used to buy Microsoft 365.
    2. Look for the Microsoft 365 subscription:
      • If Manage, Cancel, or Change payment appears, the subscription is billed by Microsoft and is on that account.
      • If the subscription is missing, sign in with any other Microsoft accounts that may have been used.
    3. If the subscription was bought in a mobile app:
      • On iPhone/iPad, manage it in Apple ID settings.
      • On Android, manage it in Google Play.
    4. If it was bought from a retailer or third party, billing and subscription changes must be handled with that provider directly.
    5. If a physical box or card was bought, the subscription does not start until the product key is entered.

If the payment was made directly to Microsoft and the subscription still does not appear on any Microsoft account, contact Microsoft Support.
