Hi, Chris Hornick
I understand why you’re alarmed when all your emails disappear at once. A PST can disappear from Outlook’s folder list without being deleted from your computer, so let’s check that before assuming your emails are gone.
Here are some suggestions you can try:
In classic Outlook, select File > Account Settings > Account Settings > Data Files. Look for hbsconsult.pst and note its listed location. This checks Outlook’s saved file information rather than searching your entire computer.
If the file exists, select File > Open & Export > Open Outlook Data File, choose hbsconsult.pst, and open it. Expand the folder that appears near the bottom of Outlook’s folder list to see its emails.
If it is genuinely missing and File History was previously enabled, right-click its original folder and select Restore previous versions. Open an available version from before the disappearance and use Restore to… to recover it somewhere separate.
Are you using classic Outlook or new Outlook, and does Outlook show an error mentioning hbsconsult.pst?
