Are there release notes for MS Forms as there seems to be new features such as email validation?

There are a lot of threads on these forums asking for MS Forms to have email validation that are now closed, but are no longer up-to-date. Today I did a test form and noticed there is now an option to set "Restrictions" to "email" and maybe some other new options, yet I cannot find any release notes indicating any changes. Are there release notes for MS Forms?

    Hi @Gary Sutcliffe

Just to clarify, could you confirm whether the feature you're referring to is the one described in Validate open text responses in Microsoft Forms? According to the available information, open-text response validation capabilities, including restrictions for Email, URL, text, number, keywords, and response length, appear to have been introduced in 2024.

If this is the same feature you are seeing, it may already be covered by that announcement. I would recommend reviewing the article and comparing it with the functionality currently available in your Forms experience.

If you would like to stay informed about Microsoft Forms enhancements and announcements, you may also consider following the Microsoft Forms Blog and the Microsoft 365 Roadmap, where Forms-related updates and upcoming features are often published:

I hope this helps. Please feel free to correct me if I have misunderstood your question. If you have any additional concerns, feel free to reply below, and I will be happy to assist further.
