Other features or issues related to Microsoft Partner Center
Escalate this through the Partner Center header’s support workflow rather than the failing enrollment-page link, because the empty Programs, Identifiers, and verification status indicate that the MAICPP enrollment has not yet been submitted.
Open the support request outside the failed enrollment flow
Since retries and the page-level Contact support link already fail:
- Open the Partner Center home page while signed in with the same work account.
- In the upper-right corner, select:
- AI assistant → describe the issue → Contact Support, or
- Help (?) → Contact Support if AI assistant is unavailable.
- Select the closest available Account settings, Enrollment, or Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program problem type.
- Select Review solutions → Create support request.
- Request investigation of a Partner Center MAICPP enrollment provisioning failure. This is the documented Partner Center support-request workflow.^1^
If the Partner Center header workflow also returns an error, use the public Partner Center support entry point.^2^ If that route is inaccessible, use Microsoft customer support and select Get Help followed by Contact Support.^3^
Include this information in the request:
- Error:
InternalServerError / RequestFailed / isRetryable:true - Both correlation IDs
- Exact UTC date and time for each failure
- Failing enrollment URL
- Tenant’s initial and verified custom domains
- Signed-in user’s tenant role: Global Administrator
- Screenshots showing:
- the error response;
- Account settings → Identifiers → No data available;
- MAICPP missing from Account settings → Programs;
- whether Account settings → Legal info has a Partner tab or Verification Summary.
- A HAR/network trace from one failed attempt, if support requests it. Remove authentication tokens and unrelated personal data before attaching it.
Ask support to check whether an incomplete or orphaned enrollment record exists and either repair it or clear it so enrollment can be submitted. A forum moderator cannot enroll the tenant or inspect Partner Center service logs.
Why there is no Partner One ID yet
The supported enrollment sequence is:
- Select Partner.
- Sign in with a work account.
- Select the legal entity, accept the agreement, and submit enrollment.
- Monitor verification under Account settings → Legal info.
MAICPP creates the Partner Global Account and Partner Location Account identities only after enrollment. Their IDs then appear under Account settings → Identifiers.^4^
Microsoft states that if the verification-status page is absent, the application has not been submitted.^5^ Therefore, this is not yet a normal Pending or Rejected business-verification case, and uploading legal documents or submitting a verification appeal is not the applicable next step.
After support restores enrollment
- Complete enrollment and open Account settings → Legal info → Verification Summary.
- Complete every requested check until the overall status is Authorized.
- Open Account settings → Identifiers and use the ID whose type is PartnerGlobal, not the Partner Location Account ID.
- For publisher verification, ensure:
- the app tenant is the primary tenant associated with that Partner Global Account, or is added as an associated tenant;
- the app has a publisher domain;
- the verification email domain matches that publisher domain or a verified custom domain;
- the performing user has the required Entra and Partner Center roles and signs in using MFA.^6^
- In Entra, open App registrations → your app → Branding & properties → Add Partner ID to verify publisher, enter the Partner One ID, and select Verify and save.^7^
Your verified custom domain and Global Administrator role satisfy relevant initial prerequisites, but they cannot generate a Partner One ID before the MAICPP enrollment is successfully submitted and verified.
