A web-based tool in Microsoft 365 that enables users to quickly create surveys, quizzes, polls, and feedback forms.
Hi @sharon
Based on your description, it appears that this may be a personal Microsoft account that is still associated with your former organization's Microsoft 365 tenant. However, it is also possible that the subscription is tied to a work or school account managed by that organization.
If your Microsoft account is still associated with a work or school organization (Microsoft 365 tenant), you may need to leave that organization before you can manage or cancel the subscription associated with the account.
To view the organizations associated with your account:
-If you're using a work or school account, go to https://myaccount.microsoft.com and sign in.
-If you're using a personal account or email one-time passcode, you'll need to use a My Account URL that includes your tenant name or Tenant ID.
-If you do not know the tenant name or Tenant ID, you may be able to identify it by hovering over "Go to my work organization" in the message shown on the account page.
-Note the Tenant ID.
-Then follow the steps in the Microsoft Learn article below to leave the organization: Leave an organization - Microsoft Entra External ID | Microsoft Learn
If you select Leave for an organization but receive a message indicating that you cannot leave the organization, this means you will need to contact the organization's administrator or privacy contact and ask them to remove your account from their organization as described in the article.
Alternatively, if the organization belongs to a previous employer and you know or can contact the IT administrator there, it may be quicker to ask them to remove your account from their Microsoft 365 tenant on your behalf.
Once you have successfully left the organization, please try managing or canceling the subscription again.
