Excel and Word documents will not print.

excel and word documents will not print. it keeps showing a banner that says to activate Microsoft 365. I've done this numerous times and it still doesn't work.

    Printing is a service of the OS supplied to the programs. If the problem is with multiple programs it most likely isn't the fault of the programs, themselves.

    Make sure that both macOS & Office are fully updated that can be confirmed here if your provide the current Version Numbers of both. [That info always should be supplied when asking a Question.] Once the status is confirmed, restart the Mac.
