Dear Microsoft Support,

We are a company based in the Czech Republic, and a recurring monthly payment for a Microsoft subscription is being charged to our company bank account.

The payments appear to be associated with the Microsoft profile @mlasynove. However, we do not have access to this profile. The only Microsoft profile our company has is @mlasynove12, and we do not use or have access to the account associated with the recurring charges.

We therefore do not know which subscription these payments relate to or how to manage or cancel it.

We kindly request that you:

Identify the subscription associated with the profile @mlasynove and our recurring payments.

Immediately cancel the subscription and stop all future charges.

Investigate the previous payments and refund the amounts charged, as we do not use this subscription and cannot access the associated account.

Confirm in writing that the subscription has been cancelled and no further payments will be taken.

We have already tried to resolve this issue by phone, but communication in English was very difficult. We would therefore strongly prefer to resolve this matter in writing.

We can provide bank statements, transaction dates, payment amounts and any other information required to identify the subscription.

Thank you for your assistance. We look forward to your written response and a prompt resolution.

Kind regards,

    Dear @Martina Zaplatílková,

Good day! Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum!

First of all, I would like to clarify that this is a community forum where users help one another. No one here, including myself, has access to Microsoft’s internal billing systems, subscription ownership records, payment details, or account information.

Since this matter involves subscription ownership, billing records, cancellation requests, and potential refunds, I recommend contacting Microsoft's Billing Support team directly, as they have access to the internal tools required to investigate the charges, identify the subscription associated with the payments, review billing history, and advise on any available refund options.

Please try to find the appropriate support number for your region and contact Microsoft's frontline support team, who can create a billing support case for further investigation: Technical or Sales support phone numbers (for Work account, scroll down to find your region's number)

Alternatively, based on your description, this matter happens to a Microsoft 365 work or business tenant; therefore, the Global Administrator of your company can create a support request with Microsoft Support so that the Billing team can investigate the recurring charges, determine which subscription is linked to the payments, and assist with cancellation and any refund-related inquiries. For detailed instructions, please refer to: Get support for Microsoft 365 for business

Given that the subscription appears to be associated with an account that you cannot access, Microsoft's Billing Support team is in the best position to verify ownership, review payment records, and advise on the available next steps. I would therefore encourage you to contact them directly for assistance with this matter.

Kindly let me know when there are updates or if you need further assistance. Any updates you’re able to share would be really helpful.

Thank you for your kindness and understanding!
