How to delete PC APP Store off of my computer

I have followed many instructions from online. Just cannot get it to go away. There is a window that is locked on my screen that covers area where I am trying to work.

    Hi,

    Could you take a screenshot of the PC app store (are you referring to the Microsoft Store?) and post it here?

    Press Ctrl+Alt+Del, select the PC app store, and end the process.
