How do I cancel Visio Plan 2. I am getting a monthly email saying that my subscription is renewing, but I no longer need this. When I attempt to go to the Microsoft 365 admin center. it tells me that I don't have access. But this account is only mine.

This is the error when I attempt to login:

    Hi Tom,

    The error message:

"Login is not supported for consumer users without business presence."

usually indicates that you're signing in with a personal Microsoft account (such as Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, or Live.com) on a page that requires a work or school account.

When you purchased Visio Plan 2, a Microsoft business account was typically created or assigned for managing the subscription. Please check your personal email inbox for items such as:

    • The subscription confirmation email
    • A welcome email containing your account details
    • An account ending in .onmicrosoft.com

Once you've located that account, sign in with it at the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. It's also a good idea to sign in using a private/incognito browser window to avoid any cached credentials or session conflicts with your personal Microsoft account. This helps ensure that you're signing in with the correct account associated with your Visio Plan 2 subscription. From there, you should be able to access your subscription and cancel the recurring billing by following the guidance in this article: Cancel your subscription in the Microsoft 365 admin center

Visio Plan 2 is typically managed as a business subscription. The error Login is not supported for consumer users without business presence indicates the sign-in is being attempted with a personal Microsoft account instead of the work or business account that owns the subscription.

    Try this path:

    1. Sign in with the work/business account that was used to buy Visio at office.com.
    2. Open the Microsoft 365 admin center.
    3. Go to Billing > Your products.
    4. Select Visio Plan 2.
    5. Check the available option:
      • If Cancel subscription is available, select it and complete the prompts.
      • If only recurring billing settings are available, turn Recurring billing to Off and save. That stops future renewals, but the subscription stays active until the end of the current paid term.

    Important details:

    • To cancel in the Microsoft 365 admin center, the account needs the right role:
      • For MOSA, at least Billing Administrator.
      • For MCA, Billing account owner/contributor or Billing profile owner/contributor.
    • If recurring billing is already off, the subscription will expire at the end of the current term and should not renew again.
    • If the subscription was bought through a third party, Google Play, or Apple App Store, cancellation must be handled with that seller.
    • If the subscription is under a MOSA billing account and has more than 25 licenses, reduce it to 25 or fewer before canceling online.

Since access to the admin center is blocked for the current sign-in, the practical next step is to locate the correct work/business account tied to the Visio purchase. If that account still cannot access the subscription, contact support from the Microsoft 365 admin center for billing help.
