    Hello, the redeem process instruction is laid out here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365-activation-licensing/office-install/where-to-enter-your-office-product-key

    On the left column, it shows how to redeem. On the right column, it shows how to install once redeemed.

    If you run into any issue during this process, please let me know what the error says. I am always a bit skeptical with Microsoft products sold on the GroupOn marketplace; I just want to make sure.
