Hi, @Gary K Jennings

This is forum public. Just to narrow this down first before contacting Microsoft Support:

What exactly is not working with Microsoft 365: are the apps not opening, not activating, or showing an error message?

Are you using a Windows PC or a Mac?

When you sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/services, does your Microsoft 365 subscription show as active?

Thanks!

Thanks for trying... I resolved the issue via ChatGPT. Microsoft customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! If I could stop using Office 365, I would. I wasted an hour today trying to speak with an LIVE agent.

Short version of the problem: The Word file wouldn't save as a PDF because Chrome and Edge conflict.

As a result, Word couldn't find the PDF software because of a browser conflict. I went to ChatGPT and solved the problem in 5 minutes. Wasted an hour talking to INDIA or AI... None of them could solve the problem. 100% worthless.

What happened to the live-person service I pay for in my office subscription?
